All digital patterns are available as instant PDF downloads after payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded.

If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will resend your file promptly.

Download links are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please save your file after downloading.

Patterns are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

All handmade pieces are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within India and internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in texture and appearance are natural and part of the handmade charm.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind on handmade pieces.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets via Razorpay. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers will be charged in INR and your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate.
